For many people, a home is the largest investment they will ever make. At Mercurio Inspections, we have learned a lot about homes over the years. We have come to respect how important they are to the occupants, how complex they are, and how unique each one is. We have also learned that homes react to the people living in them. Different lifestyles and activities cause similar homes to behave very differently.
We have come to know that most people don’t understand their homes and often cause damage, reduce the life expectancy of systems, suffer comfort issues, compromise safety, and increase the cost of home ownership inadvertently. We believe a little knowledge can make a huge difference. And we have learned the importance of clearly communicating our knowledge to homeowners.

The best part of the service is that while on-site they will tell you which parts are a big deal and which are minor but after the fact the extensive and detailed report will lay everything crisp and clear. Kevin Mercurio (Les Inspections Mercurio) walked us through an entire inspection of our first home. At all times, he included us in the process, gave us feedback, and even suggested how we could make any necessary fixes. He took the time to show and explain what he was looking for and made sure to check every crack and crevice of the property. He was friendly and professional, provided an incredibly detailed inspection report, and was available for any questions we had post-inspection.
